Matt Richards

Matt raced for two years with Team CRCA/NYVelocity where he contributed to a CRCA B Field Team Championship in 2007 and had multiple individual CRCA race wins. He also won the Jim Boyd Award for the CRCA B Field Champion in 2008. His other 2008 results included: 4th Place at Jiminy Peak Road Race, 5th Place at Tour of the Battenkill, 7th Place Fitchburg Longsjo Classic Road Race, 8th Place at Housatonic Hills Road Race, along with other top 10 results on the road and time trial. In 2008 he was the USCF #1 ranked Category 4 rider in the New York State and #6 in the country, in all age groups. He is part owner of Team CRCA/NYVelocity.

He joins CRCA/Pacifico-Hincapie Sports in 2009 with the hopes of improving on his racing.
